Under a recent supplement to UD's credit card agreement with MBNA America called WorldPoints, UD alumni and parents can earn points for every travel or merchandise purchase made with the card.

Offered by the Alumni Association, the new WorldPoints credit card has no annual fee. Current card holders must open a new account to receive these benefits.

The Alumni Association uses royalties from the credit card program to support student scholarships and programs. The Alumni Scholars program, which provides merit-based scholarships to new students, has received $1.28 million from this program over the past 10 years. And, Alumni Enrichment Awards totaling nearly $100,000 have been provided to current students.
