The Trabant University Center at dusk. on South College Avenue, between Delaware Avenue & Main Street, Newark Constructed in 1997 The 107,000-square-foot Trabant University Center includes a main concourse level occupied by a food court, a box office, a copy center, a large multipurpose room with seating for 700 persons, and a bookstore annex. The facility also includes a state-of-the-art movie theatre, offices and meeting rooms, as well as Daugherty Hall, a quiet, study lounge, and Vita Nova, an award-winning restaurant run by students in UD's Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.
