Conference call to discuss data transfer process and changes to XML spec

1. The "required" attribute for the ID element will remain and is 289.
2. The "required" attribute for name elements will be change to "implied".
3. The "required" attribute for contact elements will be changed to "implied".
4. A course element that identifies the term this course is for will be added. B&N will do mapping from our term code to theirs.
