DR. NELSON ARBOLEDA
Dr. Arboleda is an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. His specific assignment is with the National Center for Infectious Diseases, Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Program.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas and his Medical Degree from Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia. He conducted his medical internship and his Masters of Public Health at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. While in Miami, he served as the Project Coordinator of the National Violent Death Reporting System of Miami Dade County.
