DPPI is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nongovernmental organization leading Delaware in the study and discussion of public policy issues that will shape the future of our state. The Institute identifies the emerging issues that are destined to drive Delaware's future governmental policy agenda. DPPI projects are funded by grants and donations.
