Diversity Networking Event

Each year the conference attracts over 200 students to a day full of speakers, panelist, and UD alumni interested in making an impact in the lives of students. Representatives from various organizations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region contribute to the conference in various ways. If your organization is looking to diversify their workforce, join us by taking part in the Diversity Networking Event following the conference. Organizations can also partner with us and send UD Alumni to participate as panelists and workshop presenters.

We invite employers to partner with us through one of our various sponsorship opportunities for the Multi-Ethnic Career Development Conference (see below). All levels include, acknowledgment in the program booklet and website, and attendance in the Diversity Networking Event at the end of the day.
