This directory is for CIS undergrad course materials. All
non-permanent instructors, and any permanent instructors that wish to,
shall store course materials here so the department has a record or
those materials. This includes class websites, assignments, examples,
slides, notes, etc.

Add new instructors to Unix group 0376 and make sure the relevant
directory has correct permissions.
