Optometric Eye Care Center has a rich and proud history of providing professional eye care. In 1955, Rocky Stroud, OD opened an optometric practice in Rocky Mount, NC. From this single practice, Optometric Eye Care has expanded to become one of the largest and most successful groups of eye care practices with over 50 locations in North and South Carolina.
